Unity welcomes new pastor

Unity of Greater Lansing has a new minister: the Rev. Guy Lynch, formerly senior pastor at the Church of Today in Warren and known for the "Empowered Living" television program, broadcast in Canada, Ohio, Michigan and Florida.

Author and motivational speaker Becki Balok says, "No one ever put spiritual principles in such a fun, practical and transformational way as Guy does."

The church is at 240 Marshall St., and services are at 9:15 a.m. and 11 a.m. Sundays.
